New Students Wrap Up Their First Year At LBHS

B&P Staff

At the beginning of the year, new students to LBHS were asked a couple of questions about their experience at the high school so far. Now that the school year has come to a close they were asked those same questions. Take a look at their answers!

(Junior Brock Donaldson)

Q: What is your favorite thing about LBHS?

A: “My favorite thing about LBHS is the amazing support us students get from the staff here, and the awesome football coaches/program. I love playing football, so having coaches who support you and do a great job coaching is a huge blessing”.

Q: What’s one thing you wish you could change about LBHS and why?

A: “If I could change one thing about LBHS I would change the fact that there’s a new bell schedule every year haha”.

(Junior Nadia Cavka)

Q: How do the students differ here, compared to your last school?

A: “If I had to compare students from my old school to the students at LBHS, I would say that the students here are all part of a tight-knit community and a family-like feeling. I feel like the students here are genuinely so much nicer and sweeter than at my last school. My old school was really big so it was hard to find your place”.

Q: What is your favorite part about LBHS?

A: “I would say my favorite part of LBHS is its constant inclusivity. There are so many activities, programs, and things to get you involved in the community and the town itself. I appreciate how LBHS provides opportunities to so many students to grow outside of the classroom”.
