Quick and healthy smoothie recipe!

Hey friends! Boost your morning mood with this quick, easy, healthy, and extremely delicious smoothie. All you are going to need is a blender the the following ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Fill half of the blender with Trader Joe’s Orange, Peach, Mango Juice
  • A few dollops of peanut butter (optional)

A quick smoothie to make, it is full of you daily nutrients such as Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Calcium, Protein, Potassium and plenty of other goodies. Hope you guys enjoy a family recipe!
