What do you enjoy about running/Why do you run?
Running has always come easy to me. After racing and finishing workouts, I feel fatigued, but rewarded at the same time, and this rewarding feeling keeps me running.
What is your goal by the end of the season?
I hope to run a 4:24.24 by the season’s end.
What is most rewarding about running a personal record?
Running a personal record feels great because your training finally pays off, and you have pushed yourself further than ever before.
What is your favorite memory from this season?
Going to Arcadia was awesome, yet I felt languished in my race, and I didn’t perform at my greatest level.
What is your motivation to keep improving?
I strive to be as good as Eric Hulst, one of LBHS’ fastest runners ever. I also enjoy standing out to others, which motivates me to run faster (than everyone else).

The most rewarding thing about running a PR is achieving a record greater than you could’ve possibly thought of.
What is your favorite memory from this season?
Running the pre-season time trial with Grace LaMontagne because it got me excited for the rest of the season.
